AAU VOLLEYBALL RECOGNIZES 3 OUTSTANDING DISTRICTS

In 2013 the AAU Volleyball Program grew over 10,000 from the previous year.  This program is continually growing and growing strong!  This year the AAU Volleyball National Executive Committee has established a new District award recognizing Districts with growth of over 1,000 members in single membership a year. 

For 2013, there are three (3) AAU Districts that are receiving this special recognition and congratulations from the AAU Volleyball Executive Committee:  1) Colorado AAU District, 2) Southern Pacific AAU District and 3) Utah AAU District.  This is a HUGE success and we are very proud of the hard work these District Sport Directors have done to gain new memberships in their District.  As part of their reward and recognition, the AAU Volleyball Executive Committee will provide airfare and hotel accommodations for the District Sports Director or District representative to attend the 41st AAU Girls Junior Volleyball National Championships and Opening Ceremonies.  Congratulations to Colorado, Southern Pacific and Utah – what a wonderful job in 2013!

The AAU Volleyball Executive Committee would like to thank all of the District Sport Directors and Event Operators throughout the country for helping to make 2013 a great year for AAU Volleyball. 

The race is on for 2014 – which Districts will have the most membership increase in 2014?  The challenge is on.
